Vision. Transforming leadership for individual and organizational excellence.
Mission. We are committed to supporting our clients to become the drivers and authors of their own success.
Our Values. We are inspired by two basic principles: Our commitment to providing clients high quality, cost-effective results; and, the belief that our clients are our partners.
Our Services. We employ state-of-the art individual and organizational assessments that help identify opportunities for improvements in current functioning. We use diagnostic information obtained during the assessments, to create comprehensive reports that identify strengths and pinpoint specific areas for development.
Executive Coaching*. Engagements begin with an assessment which may include the Hogan Assessment Suite, 360-degree feedback, MBTI, EQ-i 2.0 or LSI-1. Information obtained becomes the basis for a report that includes clients' strengths and areas for improvement. The client and manager actively participate in the formation of specific goals and criteria for success, including a viable action plan. An evaluation, using metrics related to the success criteria, is conducted upon completion.

Team Building. An assessment of a team's functioning, using generally accepted tools is the first step. In collaboration with the team leader, findings are presented to the team for its input. Frequent areas of concern often include: lack of trust among team members or between them and their leader, ineffective conflict resolution and interpersonal communication skills, inability to hold team members accountable, or inadequate attention to results. Specific interventions are designed based on needs identified during the assessment.
Change Management. We help clients manage changes related to mergers and acquisitions, culture change, technological innovations, workforce development, building organizational capabilities, and continuous improvement. *Member: Society of Industrial/Organizational Psychology.
